This was my third Tempur-Pedic. The first two from 2016 are still excellent! This one was purchased in 2021 from NFM. In less than two years, it is lumpy and has "sinkholes". The Tempur-Pedic Warranty Department will not do anything about my claim. They told me to "turn my thermostat down" in the house. I bought a Helix.
