Comfort Guarantee

Mattress Direct is happy to provide a FREE 1 Year Comfort Guarantee with qualifying purchases. The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a Comfort Exchange:

  • Mattress reselection must be of a Single Premium Mattress. No Exceptions.
  • Qualified exchanges must be made between 45 days after and 365 days after date of delivery.
  • Dr. Greene comfort exchanges must be made between 45 days after and 100 days after date of delivery.
  • A recommended mattress protector must be purchased from us on the same invoice as the original mattress.
  • Special orders do not qualify (Twin-XL, Full-XL, Split Queen, Split King, California King, Split California King)
  • $148.00 freight and redelivery fee to be paid by customer. After 90 days, refund will be prorated and
  • Applies to single mattress only, no box springs or adjustable bases will be exchanged
  • After 90 days a prorated amount will be applied as credit toward new selection. See Store for Details.
  • The value of "Free Gifts" given to secure original sale are subject to credit reduction on reselection.
  • No refunds will be given.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of non-special order, non-delivered merchandise will be refunded for up to 7 days. There will be NO cancellations accepted after 7 days. Unopened merchandise in original factory sealed packaging may be returned within 48 hours. All refunds are in the form of store credit only. No returns or exchanges on pillows for sanitary reasons. An original copy of the receipt must be present at time of cancellation or return.

Warranties

Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any defect must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s representative must determine whether the product has a structural defect and is therefore under warranty. Mattress Direct does not have the authority to circumvent the manufacturer’s decision. An original sales receipt must be provided for all warranties. All warranties are subject to a $79.99 exchange fee. As-is merchandise has no warranty.

Layaway

A 20% deposit and monthly payment activity is required on all layaways. Layaway must be paid out within six (6) months. No Refunds on layaways after (14) days. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit. No layaways on special sizes, closeouts or promotional bedding.

Special Promotions, Sales & Coupons

Any promotion, coupon or special sale discount does not apply to previously purchased items. All Sales are final at time of purchase.

Price Guarantee

If you find your exact mattress for less within 100 days of purchase, simply bring in the advertisement or invoice and receive 125% of the price difference. On-line discounts qualify for price match only and must be provided at time of purchase. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Manufacturer promotions do not qualify.

Adjustable Bases

There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on any adjustable base. All deposits placed on adjustable base items are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Once delivered we can supply you with a customer service number for any issues that might arise. Any issues can be fixed from the comfort of your home.

Special Orders

Mattress Direct will be happy to special order products for you. All special orders require a 50% deposit before ordering. There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on any special orders. All deposits placed on special order items are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Special sizes include but are not limited to Twin-XL, Full-XL, Split Queen, Split King and California King and Split California King.

Closeouts, Clearance & As-Is Merchandise

All sales are final, no refunds, no comfort guarantee, No exceptions. No Warranties on as-is marchadise.

Acceptance of Merchandise

Signing for merchandise indicates that the merchandise has been examined and was found to be in acceptable condition. Mattress Direct is not responsible for any damage which may occur to customer’s personal property upon delivery.
